Residents get a balance of privacy and community that's harder to find in newer, more compact properties. • Renovated Homes Without the Luxury Price Premium. Many homes feature updated interiors including wood-style flooring, designer cabinetry, tile backsplashes, stainless steel appliances, and select quartz countertops. Residents enjoy modern finishes while often paying less than the newest luxury communities nearby. • Resort Amenities That Feel Relaxed, Not Crowded. The Grove combines a resort-style pool and spa, firepit lounge, outdoor BBQ area, clubhouse, 24-hour fitness center, billiards, shuffleboard, and a dedicated dog park. Rather than emphasizing flashy amenities, the community is designed around spaces residents actually use every day • The Best of Orenco Without Living Directly on the Train Platform.
